Good Vibes by GOAL is a weeklong wellness event helping people to feel good through these challenging times. From April 26th to 30th our online sessions will cover topics ranging from motivation and mental health to fitness and healthy eating. The event will culminate with a raffle on the final day with each organisation awarding an extra day’s annual leave and wellness prizes to one lucky winner.

With more twenty years cooking experience in the some of the world's best kitchens, Rory has ample tips and tricks for creating delicious recipes.

Ciara Mageean
Irish Olympic Athlete
Ciara Mageean is a GOAL ambassador and Irish middle-distance runner who has won medals in at the World Youth and Junior European Championships and the 2016 European Athletics Championships.
Ciara proudly represented Ireland at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio and is currently training for Tokyo 2021.

Deirdre McSwiney
Sleep Expert & Cognitive Behaviour Therapist
Deirdre McSwiney practices as a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist for Insomnia (CBT-I) having trained in Glasgow with Prof. Colin Espie.
Deirdre has previously worked in a Sleep Clinic in Dublin for over 20 years, where all sleep disorders were diagnosed and treated. She is a member of the Irish and British Sleep Societies and contributes to the sleep agenda in the media, in corporate settings and schools.

Motivational and Wellness Coach
Pat Divilly is an author, speaker and coach who shares stories, experience and exercises in physical, mental and emotional wellness.
Pat initially started in the fitness industry where between 2012 and 2016 his fitness classes grew from 5 clients on his local beach to 20,000+ clients globally on online training courses.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to pay to register?
Pre-payment is not necessary. You can register your organisation by completing this registration form. GOAL will then send you a registration link for you to circulate to staff. Your colleagues can then participate individually by donating €15 or more to register.
Alternatively, you can register your entire organisation. For more details, please contact events@goal.ie.
Do we have to host a raffle?
No, raffles are not necessary. As part of your event pack GOAL will provide everything you need to hold a successful raffle for your employees. We suggest including an extra day’s annual leave as an attractive prize, but organisations can choose alternative prizes or choose not to hold the raffle.
Are sessions live or recorded?
All sessions will be live and participants will be sent a Zoom link to join the week before the event. The week after the event a recording of all sessions will be sent to participants.
How do I access a session?
A link to join each session will be sent to all participants in advance via email.
