Run, walk or jog 48km for Gaza

Help communities under siege this June

6 months of conflict has left Gazan communities completely reliant on humanitarian aid to survive. With regular food, water, electricity and medical supplies cut off, Palestinian families are in desperate need of support.

Join Footsteps for Gaza this June and help raise vital funds for lifesaving medical aid, food, water and clothing. Your support will save lives.

Why 48km?

48km is the length of our route along Salah al-Din Road, the main road of the Gaza Strip. Stretching across the entire territory from the north's Erez Crossing to the south's Rafah Crossing, Salah al-Din Road is the route that most people are forced to travel through in search of safety.

When: Anytime in June
Where: Anywhere. Whether it's your local park, track or morning commute - every step counts!
How: Sign up here and start counting steps for the people of Gaza

This is your challenge, your way. You can participate in this challenge from any location, terrain, and intensity. Whether you prefer to take long hikes on beautiful trails, jog on your favourite track, or walk around your local park- it's up to you!

You can manually log your distance on your personalised fundraising page or with the Strava app. Follow your progress along our virtual map and receive exclusive event content when you reach the set milestones.

By taking part in this challenge, you will join a community of GOALies who are doing all they can to help with the Gaza Emergency Response. By coming together, we can help save the lives of vulnerable families trapped in Gaza.
